Guess who’s back!

Hey fam, it’s Vi here, and let me tell you—it feels good to be back. After more than 12 years of helping people get their credit straight, I needed a moment to step back, reflect, and grow. The truth is, I felt like I hit a wall. I was grinding hard but wasn’t seeing the growth I wanted for myself or my business. I knew there had to be a better way to help y’all, and I had to find it.

During that time, I realized something—it’s not enough to just help folks after things get tough financially. I had to get in front of it, before the bad habits, the missteps, and the credit mess. That’s when I took on a new role as a finance and marketing teacher at Atlantic City High School. It gave me a chance to reach people earlier, to teach our youth how to manage their money before they even start making the mistakes we’ve all been there making. It gave me new energy, new perspective, and a fresh way to pour into the community I love so much.

But that’s not all.

While I was teaching, I was also building—partnering with The AFP Group to make sure Capital Vi came back stronger than ever. I wanted to make sure when I returned, I had the systems and support in place to give y’all the top-notch service you deserve. So that’s what I did. Capital Vi is back, and we’re better.
